As a child, I loved lying beneath the open sky, watching clouds wander by, while noticing life happening all around me 🧚🫧

Time spent in the garden was sacred—it felt like a quiet sanctuary where I could simply BE, where my mind would shut off🍃

I remember feeling truly rooted and connected to something much bigger than my physical self💫

A connection that felt so safe and whole,
One that I struggle more to feel as an adult.

Remembering this serene feeling allows me to notice how much I’ve let myself be pulled away from the sources, how much more unlearning I still can do.

The good thing is that unlearning more and more 💩 is starting to feel like a game and I’m low key enjoying it🤣🤭😜✨

I guess dreams really do come true hehe☺️🌷🌸

Thank you 💚See you next year Pisces season 🐠💦🫧Recently, one of my art therapy client has mentioned how she’s often focused on the “imperfections” of what’s around her.

A crack in a tree, the non symmetry in a rock, a mark on a leaf.

After listening to her, I had noticed that in fact, what she’s focused on calling “imperfections”, are also the same characteristics that make these elements unique and more themselves.

No two trees grow in the same shape, no rock forms with perfect symmetry, and a marked leaf stands apart from the others.

So maybe, these imperfections that we so often focus on and try to change, can also be seen as something that empowers us a little more - as these “imperfections” might be what contribute to each of our uniqueness.

And what a gift it is to be ourselves in a world that doesn’t always welcome our true, raw and authentic selves.

HMUA: @juhiagarwal.1902.02 Iemanjá with my 🐣sister 🩵🤍💙The festival of Iemanjá, the Goddess of the Ocean - where the entire city of Salvador come together and celebrate her divinity.

Iemanjá, a Orixá (Goddess) from Afro- Brazilian religions such as Candomblé or Umbanda, represents the God of the Gods. She is a warrior, a mother a protector and an emblem of feminine beauty.

Often represented by a mermaid figure, you can see her everywhere in Brazil, especially in Bahia.

Somehow her presence inspired me and participating to this festival was one of the reasons I wanted to return to Brazil and in Salvador, with my little sister.

A festival celebrated by all, with performances led mostly by women, where women celebrate each other.✨💦✨

#iemanjáfesta #iemanjasalvador #iemanjafestival #iemanjabahia #salvadorbahiaCreating is self expression. It’s healing.

It calms your nervous system, regulates your emotions (if the right medium for you is used) and allows you to let go and connect deeper with yourself (and sometimes with others too).

We all created as children and forget to do so in our adult life.

Whichever form of creation - whether it’s painting, photography, singing, baking, building, writing etc - this is my invitation to make space to ✨create✨in your life.
