According to my @garmin watch, I ran 665.4 miles last year (1064.48 km). Running became a powerful reflection of my life as a whole- pushing through hardship & proving I could achieve things that once felt “too hard”.

Had the most amazing stay in London at @onealdwychhotel recently ✨🇬🇧

This was @alexprange ‘s first time in London, so I wanted to make it special in showing him where I was born.
They have a full wellness centre, they’re right in the heart of Covent Garden, and they are pet friendly (I’ve never stayed at a hotel as pet friendly as this- they even put a little dog bed and bowls in the room for Humphrey 🥹).

Oh and the pub that my parents met at (now turned into a burger spot lol) was one street away and I could see it from our window… what a coincidence 🥰
