The @mana.arts.co Co-Founders @isabellamoore_ and @baritonebenson were honoured to perform this Samoan pese, “Lota nu’u” in Matakite: A Prophecy, curated by @lyallhakaraia (@interislandcollective ), at the @britishmuseum ~15.05.26~

Matakite explored kākahu as taonga — garments that carry ancestral knowledge, connecting people and land, past, present and future. Bringing together Māori and Pasifika artists and designers from across the Pacific, the collection reimagined fashion as living storytelling: transformative, multifunctional, and deeply rooted in culture.

As they walked with their ancestors, the evening’s soloists offered performances in their honour:
@johnnyaroha , @chasethesunbro , @waimarama.tb , @matau.tp , @keriratapene , @braxtonteriini , @sanitenor_sings , Benson Wilson, and Isabella Moore.

Ngā mihi nui to the extraordinary designers who brought this collection to life: @ulanamakaha , @stuffbyseener , Te‘okota‘i Paitai, Whaea Rae, @randalltextiles , @momoe.ink , @kapahawaii , @lanuenaenajaq and lead designer, Lyall Hakaraia.

Heartfelt thanks to the models, performers, stylists, hair and make-up artists, photographers, filmmakers, production team, interns, and institutional partners who brought this powerful kaupapa to life.

#manaartsco #manaartscollective #pasifikafestuk2026 #uratabupacificdance #sivasamoaBeen wearing a lot of different hats lately: festival producer, artistic director, development lead, content creator, opera singer, Sāmoan language student (🤪🇼🇸) but I still wear my model hat too. 😎 Love working with the @eloquii team in NYC ❤️ Planning to go back there later this year!🎶 CLASSICAL COCONUTS 🎶

Opera, but not as you know it. 🌺✨

What happens when some of the Pacific’s finest opera singers create a concert on their own terms?

A uniquely Pacific theatrical concert, Classical Coconuts blends world-class opera, storytelling, humour and heart into an unforgettable evening of music and connection. Expect soaring voices, larger-than-life characters, moments of laughter, and stories that might just bring a tear to your eye.

Featuring internationally acclaimed artists Aivale Cole @samoan_soprano , Isabella Moore @isabellamoore_ , Emmanuel Fonoti-Fuimaono @effuimaono.tenor and Benson Wilson @baritonebenson accompanied by collaborative pianist Lindy Tennent-Brown, this one-of-a-kind performance reimagines classical music through a distinctly Pacific lens.

🌊 Beautiful. Bold. Hilarious. Heartbreaking. Unmistakably Pacific.

Whether you’re a lifelong opera lover or completely new to classical music, this is your invitation to experience opera in a way you’ve never seen before.

Meet the team behind Mana Arts Co. — a collective of artists, producers, storytellers and cultural advocates creating space for Pacific voices in the UK and beyond.

From opera stages to television sets, from fashion to film, our backgrounds are diverse, but our kaupapa is shared: to build a platform where Pacific creativity, culture and community can thrive.

Together, we’re bringing Pasifika Fest UK 2026 to life — a two-day celebration of arts, culture, entrepreneurship and connection in the heart of London.
