Plantation Original Dark rum, guava, lime, chicha morada, coffee infused coconut oil.

Nothing like a twist on a classic. Grand Marnier is the element needed to elevate the classic Margarita into an extraordinary experience.

Here is my riff on it with some tropical and spice notes:
1 .5 oz Espolon Blanco

1 oz Grand Marnier
3/4 oz acidified soursop juice
1/2 oz spicy mango syrup
Shake & fine strain over rocks glass
Garnish glass with dehydrated mango skin & salt rim

Étrange comme je t’aime Gin St. Laurent

J’ai décidé de revisiter le Martini, un cocktail classique qui allait me laisser mettre en valeur les notes iodées, marines et épicées du Gin St. Laurent. Pour hausser les notes de ce Gin local j’ai : fait mariner des algues dont j’utiliserai la saumure, infuser du vermouth blanc avec de la citronnelle pour plus de rondeur et finalement fait une huile au citron pour rajouter un peu de fraîcheur.

Le Martini Abyssal:

1.5 oz. Gin St. Laurent
0.5 oz. Vermouth infusé a la citronelle
0.5 de saumure d’algues

Top avec quelques goutes d’huile au citron

Garnish avec oignon mariné avec coeur d’algue

Stir, strain et servir sur coupette froide.
